CURTISS-WRIGHT TO ANNOUNCE 2003 FOURTH QUARTER AND YEAR-END RESULTS

ROSELAND, N.J., Jan. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW, CW.B) will release its 2003 fourth quarter and year-end financial results at approximately 4:30pm EST on Monday, February 9th. A conference call and webcast presentation will be held on Tuesday, February 10th, at 10:00am EST for management to discuss the company's fourth quarter and year-end performance and future outlook. Martin Benante, Chairman and CEO, and Glenn Tynan, CFO, will host the call.
